We require a deposit or full payment in order to reserve a place for you on a tour.
We require you to deposit 30% total of tour cost and pay the rest when you arrive in vietnam _ Our Tour guide will collect your the rest of paying.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to operate the tour this deposit/tour costs will be refunded to you in whole 100%, or may be transferred to another tour at your discretion.
Some last minute miscellaneous fees (visas, additional local hotel bookings etc) can be settled on the day of arrival.
 
 
 For security need, biketrailtours.com prefers your payment by the following methods:

 



 1. Ok, I want to book a tour at Biketrailtours Adventure Travel in vietnam. Please Reserve a place for me on a tour. I will pay a tour when i go there. I will agree charge more 5% total tours cost.

 2. Ok, I will deposit my tour 30% (Pay online via Paypal (www.paypal.com))
If you choose this , our company will discount you 5% total tour cost. Or all right, i am easy, now i pay full i will get 15% discount total tour cost.
 

 Except for online payment, bank fee charge may apply (any bank charge must be borne by customers). Our paypal account details are as follows:

 3. Many of our clients come back year after year to enjoy a Biketrailtours Adventure Travel holiday. In order to reward this loyalty we can offer all repeat customers a special discount.
Second and third tours: 20% discount
Fourth tours: 30% discount
We can also offer special reduced rates to groups of people traveling together. Please contact us directly to enter negotiations if you are a group of four or more.
